I’m seriously so bummed I’m not at the #tiuretreat right now! Everyone’s photos are awesome and I’m so happy for everyone who is there. Today I did 5miles on the treadmill and 1 round of bikini booty. I am currently still at my job because we are having back to school night. I packed a tuna salad for dinner and enjoyed a quest bar for extra protein! Can’t wait for the weekend so I can be done with the move!! #friskyfall @karenakatrina @toneitup

Happy Hump Day!๐Ÿซ Did the usual 5miles on the treadmill in the a.m.๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Work was weird because I wasn’t on the road at all! ๐Ÿš— After work I did love your arms ๐Ÿ’ช& abs two times and carried boxes out to my car (extra cardio ๐Ÿ˜‰). Dinner was delicious sundried tomato ๐Ÿ…chicken ๐Ÿ“sausage with grilled veggies๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿ†. For dessert I made apple ๐ŸŽnachos drizzled with @nutsnmore toffee crunch PB! Sooo good. Took me 27 years but I finally have a yearbook photo I’m proud to show people! Haha #betterlatethannever I’m feeling better today but still not 100% myself. Did my 5miles towards #150byhalloween this a.m. I don’t own a foam roller so I did yoga and stretching instead! So relaxing and much needed. Pictured is my dessert… Fresh diced peach with pumpkin pie spice! I also started working on my homework so that my weekend can be dedicated to #HIMYM! This morning I slept in!! Read a chapter from my textbook for class then did the sunset stretch routine. Moved a bunch of things with the help of my Dad. My mom and I went on a 3mile trek in an abandoned golf course (saw a swan)! Came home to shower, do laundry, more packing and read another chapter from my textbook. Dinner was turkey cutlets with hummus and grilled veggies. I treated myself to some so delicious brand vanilla bean ice cream with warm peaches & cinnamon. #friskyfall @karenakatrina @toneitup

I hit 66miles towards #150byhalloween. Today’s workout was a lot…I did 4x the quick routine (didn’t really feel “quick”) and 1 round of crop top routine.
