I think I have a bug or something. Not feeling great but still got everything done. I even got to the post office today to send @gabi__tiu some motivation for Week 3! Apologize for the lack of variety in my diet but I’m moving and so it’s whatever is left in the pantry/fridge and dining off paper products! This morning I slept in!! Read a chapter from my textbook for class then did the sunset stretch routine. Moved a bunch of things with the help of my Dad. My mom and I went on a 3mile trek in an abandoned golf course (saw a swan)! Came home to shower, do laundry, more packing and read another chapter from my textbook. Dinner was turkey cutlets with hummus and grilled veggies. I treated myself to some so delicious brand vanilla bean ice cream with warm peaches & cinnamon. #friskyfall @karenakatrina @toneitup

This morning I slept in!! Read a chapter from my textbook for class then did the sunset stretch routine. Moved a bunch of things with the help of my Dad. Happy Friday, #tiuteam! If you haven’t noticed yet, I am a creature of habit. I always eat a yogurt and @questnutrition QuestBar on the daily! Today’s yogurt was Caramel Apple Pie…OMG! I hit 66miles towards #150byhalloween. Today’s workout was a lot…I did 4x the quick routine (didn’t really feel “quick”) and 1 round of crop top routine. I had a delicious 3oz teriyaki chicken breast with cheesy zucchini chips! Oh and it’s #flex friday so check out my gun show 💕💪 #friskyfall @karenakatrina @toneitup

I love my #tiuteam!! I have to say my motivation wasn’t very high yesterday but after the love I got from yesterday’s photo I popped outta bed at 5a.m. today! I did 5.5 miles this morning, the new HIIT routine and 3 rounds of Thailand Tush!! I am 55 miles into #150byhalloween! I had my favorite light & fit, toasted coconut and had leftover mojo pork in a Joseph’s mini pita. Tonight I made a new #tiuapproved meal, quinoa, peach, pecan salad. I added chicken for protein! Super delish! Now I gotta go because it’s time for class! #friskyfall @karenakatrina @toneitup

Came home and was feeling ambitious so I did 2 rounds of bikini arms! Recovered with some chocolate chip @questnutrition cookies. Made tofu noodles with pumpkin pasta sauce, chicken and pecans. It warmed my belly and made for the perfect fall dinner! Off to shower and pack for a new day! #tiuteam @karenakatrina @toneitup

Lol Enjoyed my first PB jar overnight oats (took the oats out of the jar to eat it so I could add raisins and apples), went grocery shopping for the week, tried a new protein bar, had a fresh market salad for dinner and an açaí bowl for dessert.
